Return Policy:

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a store credit
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or stained will not be accepted for return
• All items must be returned with original tags, stickers, and packaging
• All shipping and duty costs will not be refunded
• SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Return Instructions:

• Fill out Product Return Form which can be found here 
• Return your parcel using shipping provider of your choice (label is not prepaid)
• Ship the parcel with tracking to the following address: 6-295 Queen Street Suite 355 Brampton, ON L6W 4S6 Canada.
• Please note: melan is not liable for any lost, or damaged parcels incurred during transit

• We ship to Canada & USA
• Please allow one week from purchase date for product to be shipped out
• Once product is shipped you will receive a notification 
• If applicable, all customs fees are to be paid by the receiver of the shipment
• Failure to accept merchandise or pay customs will result in $15 fee
